At Nail Order, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include a copy of your packing slip or the return authorization inside the box.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
